Submission format and page length<\/strong><\/p>\n

WETSEB 2025 Submission and Formatting Instructions<\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

The paper\u00a0must\u00a0<\/span>conform to the IEEE conference proceedings template, specified in the\u00a0<\/span> IEEE Conference Proceedings Formatting Guidelines<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>(title in 24pt font and full text in 10pt type, LaTEX users must use\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\\documentclass[10pt,conference]{IEEEtran}<\/span>\u00a0without including the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>compsoc<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>or<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>compsocconf<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>option).<\/span><\/p>\n

The submission must also comply with<\/span>\u00a0the\u00a0ACM plagiarism policy and procedures<\/span><\/a><\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0In particular, it must not have been published elsewhere and must not be under review elsewhere while under review for ICSE<\/span>. The submission must also comply with the\u00a0IEEE Policy on Authorship.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

ACM plagiarism policies and procedures shall be followed for cases of double submission.<\/p>\n

All submissions must be in English.<\/p>\n

\u00a0When your paper is finished, submit it via Easychair\u00a0(https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=wetseb2025<\/a>).<\/p>\n

ICSE 2025 workshop proceedings will be prepared by IEEE CPS and published by ACM.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The paper format of the Workshop\u2019s paper must follow the <\/span><\/span>IEEEE formatting guidelines<\/u><\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Papers must have a maximum length of 8 pages.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“The official publication date is the date the proceedings are made available in the ACM or IEEE Digital Libraries. This date may be up to two weeks prior to the first day of ICSE 2025. The official publication date affects the deadline for any patent filings related to published work.”<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

“Purchases of additional pages in the proceedings is not allowed.”<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

All papers must conform, at time of submission, to the format described above.<\/p>\n

Papers, when properly formatted, must not exceed the size limits stated for the paper categories as follows:<\/p>\n
