Submission format and page length

How to Submit

For MS Word users: Use ACM_SigConf.docx example file as a template. Additional instructions about formatting, if you need, you can find at NEW ACM formatting guidelines. For LaTex users: Use NEW ACM formatting guidelines. Upon unzipping the zip file, run ‘make all’. This will produce the acmart.cls file. You should use the conference format described in sample-sigconf.tex to format your paper.

Second, check your track for the limit on the number of pages allowed. Third, your submission should be in PDF.


When your paper is finished, submit it via Easychair.

ICSE 2018 workshop proceedings will be prepared by IEEE CPS and published by ACM. Workshop papers must follow the ACM formatting instructions. Papers must have a maximum length of 8 pages.

“The official publication date of the workshop proceedings is the date the proceedings are made available in the ACM Library. This date may be up to two weeks prior to the first day of ICSE 2018. The official publication date affects the deadline for any patent filings related to published work.”


WETSEB 2018 Submission and Formatting Instructions

General Submission Requirements
Papers submitted to WETSEB 2018 must not have been published elsewhere and must not be under review or submitted for review elsewhere while under consideration for WETSEB 2018.

ACM plagiarism policies and procedures shall be followed for cases of double submission.
All submissions must be in English.


Paper Preparation and Formatting

All papers must conform, at time of submission, to the format described above.

Papers, when properly formatted, must not exceed the size limits stated for the paper categories as follows:

  • Short position papers        up to 4 pages
  • Full papers                           up to 8 pages

Important note for LaTeX users:

Your submission must conform to the IEEE Formatting Guidelines using the ICSE 2018 papers template.

Accepted papers will be published in the conference electronic proceedings and in both ACM Digital Library and IEEE Digital Library.

Non-Conforming Submissions
Submissions that do not comply with the foregoing instructions and size limits will be desk rejected without review.
